Franklin Park West requires a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) 20-day notice to current Owners on all sales transactions. There is a $50.00 Transfer Fee.
Short-Term Rentals (less than 6 months) are not allowed at Franklin Park (CC&R page 5, 12a)
